Before you join, we ask all of our clients to fill out a term & conditions form (it can be found on the bottom page) or you can schedule an assessment. Here we’ll determine which package will work for you the best.

What if “I am not satisfied with our session”?

Although We tend to provide amazing workouts to each individual if the individual decides it's not for them we do offer:

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking for a personal trainer the most important trait to look for is someone who actively listens to you and takes you step by step towards your goals.

Also, I highly recommend before choosing a specific trainer read his / her profile description.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have certifications in NASM, corrective, training, functional training, nutrition coaching, weight training, supplements and additional degrees in Kinesiology and mobility.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work closely with Physicians on elderly, professional Athletes and clients with chronic back/hip/knee/shoulder pain and dysfunctional movement patterns that can be caused from overweight or injury.

Terms & agreement

In consideration of my being able to participate in the Personal Training Program,

I understand that I must purchase a single or package of training session(s) and must read, agree to and sign this agreement where I assume the risks for participation, waive of liability, and personal training policies and procedures.

I understand that the program is voluntary and that a Personal Trainer will develop and guide me through my exercise program. I will be required to undergo a graduated exercise test (fitness evaluation) to assess my present level of fitness. I represent that I will complete the Lifestyle Questionnaire and any other health history from accurately and completely including disclosure of any prescribed medications I am taking and any exercise or diet limitations I am aware of or have been informed of by my doctor. During the program, if my medications, condition, or medical limitations should change, I will notify the Trainer. I understand that it is recommended that I have a yearly physical or more frequent physical examination and consultation with my physician as to physical activity and diet so I am aware of what is appropriate for me. I acknowledge that I have either had a physical exam and have been given my physician’s permission to participate or I have decided to participate without the approval of my physician.

I understand that a Trainer will review my Lifestyle Questionnaire and any other health history form but that a Trainer is not a physician and cannot replace the advice and expertise of a physician.

I understand that I have the complete right to stop or decrease exercise at any time during a session and that it is my obligation to inform the Trainer of any symptoms such as fatigue, shortness of breath or chest discomfort.

I realise that participation in the program including but not limited to exercising, use of exercise equipment and strenuous exertion (strength training) all of which increase heart rate and body temperature.

I understand that exercise involves certain risks, including but not limited to, serious neck and spinal injuries resulting in complete or partial paralysis, heart attack, stroke or even death. Also, injuries could occur to bones, joints or muscles. Slips, falls, and unintended loss of balance could result in muscular, neurological, orthopaedic or other bodily injury. I understand that part of the risk involved in undertaking any activity or program is relative to my own state of fitness or health (physical, mental, or emotional) and to the awareness, care and skill which I conduct myself in that activity or program.

Knowing the material risks and appreciating, knowing and reasonably anticipating that other injuries are a possibility, I hereby expressly assume all of the delineated risks of injury, all other possible risks of injury, and even risk of possible death, which could occur because of my participation. I AGREE AND UNDERSTAND.


- For in-person training:

We try our best to be on time and provide excellent service but unfortunately, in some rare cases trainers may arrive at different times than what session was scheduled it may happen due to traffic, vehicle maintenance, weather conditions, or emergency, if those cases would occur we will look into the matter and reschedule or provide with the online session instead. (NO Refund Will be provided).

- Package sessions must be paid in full and are scheduled at the time of sign-up.

- PAR-Q, Lifestyle Questionnaire, Physician Approval (if applicable), and Personal Training Agreement must be completed, signed, and on file prior to the first session.

- Training sessions will begin promptly at the time specified by the client and trainer and end one hour from that specified time. (In some cases trainer may stop the session at any time if he sees any client's lack of performance or any danger).

- Sessions can be rescheduled up to 2 times per package.

- We require a minimum of 12 hours prior notice of any cancellation of any Personal Training sessions. This can be made directly by contacting a personal trainer. If you do not provide a minimum of 12 hours prior notice, you may lose that session and no refund will be made to you.

- Any rearranged canceled sessions will be at a time mutually agreed upon between you and the Personal Trainer.- No show-up will not be refunded or credited.

- All Sessions, Pre-paid sessions, and assessments are final and not refundable.

- We do understand emergencies in case of emergency please let us know at least 2 hours before the beginning of a session.

- Group training (2 people and up) all sessions will be paid ahead of time and will not be credited if one or more clients decide not to show up. In case of emergency, it is the client's responsibility to notify trainers up 2 hours before the beginning of the session of the number of people that are not attending.

- All sessions must be used within 30 - 60 days of the scheduled session any sessions passed will not be credited.

- Sessions can be Only rescheduled up to 2 times per package, any rescheduled session passed will not be credited unless agreed by the trainer.

- By signing up with a credit card you will be placed on auto requiring service.

- Any canceled credit card or auto-pay must be canceled up to 3 days before the due date not doing so will not be Credited.

- All meal plans & in-app purchases are final & NOT Refundable.

-"Micro-nutrient” /Meal plans“ Policy: We've worked with dietitians to establish some of the core principles for your diet, It's important to restate here that a “Micro-nutrients meal plan“ is a tool for helping you get what you want out of your diet. We don't "prescribe' a diet, replace doctor opinions, or anything like that, and it would be disingenuous for any website or app to say that it can. Instead, we help you quickly create a meal plan within your own possibilities and then shop for and cook that meal plan. Basically, we focus on things you need & remove things that you don’t need, we also save as much time & money as possible so you can reach your goals.


I declare that I have read, understand, and agree to the contents of these Personal Training Policies and Procedures. in their entirety. I understand that the Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Personal Training Policies and Procedures are intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the State of Michigan and agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder will continue in full force and effect.

If you bought more than one supplement and weren’t happy with your purchase, in rare instances, we may ask that you send the bottles back to us for a refund.
