Terms & Conditions - Cancellation Policy:

- We always strive to ensure that our trainers arrive on time for scheduled sessions. However, there may be instances when the designated trainer is delayed due to traffic, weather conditions, or emergencies. In such cases, the session may be conducted online to maintain continuity. 

- Additional fees may be incurred, which could encompass expenses such as taxes, fees, and driving distances associated with the preferred destination.

- It's important to note that our micro-nutrient meal plan does not dictate every aspect of your food intake. Rather, it focuses on providing convenience while still meeting your nutritional needs. 

- Please be aware that training sessions must be paid for in advance and cannot be refunded once they have commenced. Prior to commencing training sessions, we require completion of the PAR-Q, Lifestyle Questionnaire, Physician Approval (if applicable), and Personal Training Agreement, which must be on file with us. 

- Training sessions begin promptly at the agreed-upon time and conclude one hour after the specified time. In some situations, if you are unable to keep up with the session or pose a risk of injury, your instructor may need to conclude the workout early and continue with a later session to provide necessary attention. If less than 12 hours' notice is provided for cancellation, the session may be forfeited without refund. 

- In the event of rescheduling or rearranging a scheduled appointment, a mutually agreed-upon time should be determined between the client and trainer. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits, and it is the client's responsibility to contact the trainer to reschedule within 30 days, or the session will be lost. 

- For all pre-paid sessions, assessment sessions, and group training schedules, full payment is required in advance. In the case of emergency situations preventing clients from attending, store credits will be issued instead of refunds. It is the client's responsibility to inform the trainers of any absences within two hours before the session begins. 

- All sessions must be completed within 30 days of booking, and they cannot be exchanged for credits or refunded unless mutually arranged in advance. Individual session dates may be rescheduled a maximum of two times, with any further cancellations requiring approval from the trainer. It is always the client's responsibility to communicate with the trainers to make the necessary arrangements; failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited. 

- Please note that all purchases of food plans and apps are final and non-refundable. 

- Regarding cancellation and freezing of accounts, freezing the account will transition the client to a basic membership with a monthly fee that can range from $5 to $50, based on the workout programs chosen. Cancellation can be done at any time, but any prepaid sessions will not be refunded. Additionally, the client is obligated to pay for the remainder of the month as stated in the contract, even in the case of weekly payments. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in the involvement of a collection agency or legal action. 

By agreeing to these Personal Training Policies and Procedures, I (as a Client) recognize that I have thoroughly read, comprehended, and fully accepted all of its contents. I am aware that the Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Personal Training Policies and Procedures have been designed to be as comprehensive as allowed by the laws of the State of Michigan. In case any part of this agreement is considered invalid, the remaining terms will still be in effect.

I hereby express my commitment to uphold all the terms, conditions, and contract policies, which may be subject to revisions throughout the duration of my enrollment. Furthermore, I understand and acknowledge that all sessions will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis, as explicitly stated in the contract, until its completion or cancellation.
