Hi, My name is Mark and I'm a fitness specialist with extensive knowledge in core, balance, and stability exercises. As an Expert in kinesiology, mobility, stretching, and nutrition among other things; I've worked with athletes and physicians alike in physical therapy settings. For the most part I focus on resistance training, endurance training or cardio/weight lifting depending on what each individual needs - all while educating them about their daily routine. It's been my goal since childhood to be the best version of myself which is why keeping fit is such an important part of who I am. Luckily it doesn't require much space or equipment - just a focused mind and a body willing to work hard from home if need be!
